Father Sky, a 1987 one-of-a-kind piece by Faith Kark, signed and in original frame!
Faith Kark's mandalas have shown in museums and galleries and are collected by fans in the Americas and Europe.  Patterned fabric is cut and decoupaged on a surface in a style Faith calls
"fabricage".  Her pieces are inspired by studying people, places and songs.  This piece was inspired by the jazz song "Rolling Thunder" and was purchased directly from the artist at a showing
in the Art Ovations Gallery in San Francisco.  The mandala is a circle about 24 3/4 inches across and the frame is a square about 27 3/4 inches across.  A few small marks on the frame and matting but other than that,everything is in very good to excellent condition. Unique and beautiful.
